Lord Chris - Laird Dunans Castle - or at least a square foot of it which lies somewhere in that thick boggy bushy land and only determinable by GPS locators!! - Since 2007 Dunans restoration process has benefited from the Scottish Laird Scheme where you can buy a minute plot and call yourself the lord or lady - clever way to make money though none of it was evident at this castle. It will cost about 10 million pounds to restore and plans are afoot to hve it completed by the end of 2017 - the first step is to reinforce the weak bridge which leads to the property and to get council support for the historical project.
