Lord Family Fun: Great show last nice...awesome seats, beautiful theater. All was well until Josie wanted a concert T-shirt (she, like her Father, loves all things commemorative) and threatened to have a tantrum and hold her breath...when that failed, she threatened to act like an orangoutang (which she does really well, swinging her arms back and forth with realistic grunts)...really, child? Youll have to give me more than than that. In the end, I conceded and got the T-shirt, not because I was trying to be nice, but because when the girls were little, I took them to see The Jonas Brothers at MSG and I wouldnt buy them the concert T-shirts at the show. I assured them I would buy them at Penn station. Sure enough, I found that guy muttering t-shirts under his breath...they were these cute pink tie-dyed t-shirts for only $10! The fact that he kept his entire t-shirt inventory in his pants (not in the pockets, but inside his pants), and pulled out two shirts from around his waistband and handed them to me, may have scarred them for life. Its all about making memories with your kids!
