If you are interested after reading this, please provide me the additional information requested and we will setup a Phone Interview. My ad is as follows: We are looking for individuals that will be proactive, have a positive, team player attitude. We are looking for individuals that wish to learn and grow with our company and are not job hopping. You must have skills pertaining to organization, basic math/accounting, typing, computers, communication. Must be able to read, speak, type and write English well and professionally. The position does not require previous experience, but basic computer, math and language skills are a must. General knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel are required. Must not be afraid of doing any task on the computer. Training is performed with the President of Medical Account Solutions and once achieved, duties and work is done remotely from your own home but you must be able to pick up assignments as needed as not all work is done via the Internet or cloud concept. Additionally, you must be available to work onsite if a project requires this. Training is anticipated to take a full year, unless you have extensive experience. Tasks must be performed to meet client deadlines. You are supplied a laptop, printer, office supplies and a non-negotiable fixed Internet/Phone usage reimbursement. Must be a motivated individual who is able to work with little supervision. Must commit to constant communication with owner on your tasks. Must meet all deadlines accurately and efficiently. Position is paid hourly, $8 - $10 for entry level experience. If you have extensive experience, salary is based off of your skills and experience with Medical Billing and/or Accounting. The position is Part Time, with no set guarantee of hours, but minimum of 40 hours a month/10 hours a week and up to 120 per a month (at the moment) with more supplied as the company grows or projects increase, not to exceed 30hrs a week long term. There are no guaranteed raises. There are no benefits outside of Production Bonuses and other financial incentives, which are given at the discretion of the President based off of criteria that includes accuracy and timeliness, which you are eligible for after a year of employment. Due to Obama rules and regulations regarding full time employees, we do not offer any Health Insurance Benefits this at this time. The probation period is 6 months. You are eligible to participate in the Company SIMPLE Plan after 2 years of continued employment with up to 3% company matching. Requirements: Must be punctual and follow through on commitment to work assignments. All assignments must be completed as agreed to. Must be willing to learn which means when corrected, admit mistakes and be willing to change. Must be able to work independently once trained. Our culture is and will remain drama free. We are encouraging and supportive of each other. We do not allow bad mouthing or belittling of anyone. There is a zero tolerance for defiance to managers. You will be required to take a typing test in person at one of your interview sessions even if you bring your highest score obtained previously on your own. If you meet the requirements that we are looking for, all candidates will be interviewed at a minimum of 3-4 times (1 over the phone, 2-3 in person - 1 of which will be with other team members for their assessment of you). You will given a DISC Profile Test to complete for us to get a better understanding of your skills and personality. This is a requirement for the job, if you will not take this test, please do not apply. If you are not interested in working with our team for a minimum of 3 years, please do not apply.
