Los Angeles police are asking for the publics help Tuesday in finding a “violent” paroled rapist who is missing after cutting off his court-ordered GPS monitor. Joseph Serapiglia, 43, was last seen Friday in Panorama City near Sepulveda and Roscoe boulevards. He was convicted of attempted murder and rape in 1991 and served 23 years of a 42-year sentence before being released from prison this April, according to LAPD. Serapiglia is described by police as having brown hair, brown eyes and a bushy mustache. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds. Share this post to alert others.
