Losing weight and shaping up is easier than it seems. People seem to believe that in order for you to do so , you need to go to an extreme. This is false because the key to a healthy body is BALANCE. Eat in moderation and do not deprive your body from the nutrients it needs to function. Stick to foods of value that will benefit the body - in other words decrease the amount of food like products and start eating REAL food. Exercise in moderation - you dont need to train like a professional athlete, you simply just need to MOVE. Keep it real and more importantly always believe in yourself 😚💋👌
