Losing weight comes down to calories in, calories out. What we want is calories going in at regular intervals. If we dont, our blood sugar is not balanced. Then we feel deficient & were starving ourselves - which causes fatigue & then we comfort ourselves by eating. When we put sugar in our bodies, our blood sugar spikes, then it crashes & then the brain screams I want more sugar & I want it now! This creates a vicious cycle. Did you know sugar has the same chemical reaction in our bodies as crack cocaine? It is a physical addiction. What can you do to break this addiction & make your body a little fat-burning machine?
