Losing weight is not just about what you eat. Its about having an active body and being in tune to what your body really needs to sustain its activity. You will feel much better once you find a healthy sustainable system. When it comes to eating, remember the next time you eat something, tell yourself how you feel after you eat it. Next time you want to eat it, remember how you felt and you will most likely pick something else(if you felt bad for eating it the first time). Sounds simple but yet it works well.
