Lost a great friend in yet another accident in Kishtwar District: With heavy heart I would like to inform you that ACD Kishtwar Yasir Arfat Zarger is no more MoS Home Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo brief the media outside District Hospital Kishtwar. He also express grief and shock and prayed to Almighty Allah to give strength to the family members to bear this irreparable loss. MLA Inderwal Ghulam Mohammad Saroori, DC Kishtwar, SSP Kishtwar was also present and expressed their grief and sorrow over untimely death of ACD Kishtwar.
