Lost and Found Pets SHARED this post. Victoria, MS ***Found NEEDS RESCUE White American bulldog showed up at my home in Victoria, MS, last night. He was still here this morning, but appears stiff, thick drool at the corners of his mouth. I hope hes not ill, because I cant afford vet care for him. Seems like a really nice dog, good quality purebred type. Not fat, just lean, not starved, and not aggressive. Has a pricey braided collar, and an electronic training collar (looks like a no-bark collar, and that could explain the drooling since my outside dogs barked at him all night). Those things tell me that someone cared enough to spend money on him, so he could have fallen out of the back of a pickup truck. (That could explain the stiffness.) He stood outside in the cold all night, when he could have gotten out of the weather in my open barn. (I was hoping he would go back home.) I need him to go somewhere else. I already need a couple of my own to be rescued because I have two disabled family members in my home and my own animals are being shortchanged for care and attention. I cannot keep this one. He doesnt deserve to be instantly euthanized, as would happen if I take him to a kill shelter. I can keep him for a couple of days, if someone calls for him. Or, if you are a bully fan and want to give him a home, please contact me. The poor thing is housed in my horse trailer right now, with a bed of hay and food, and out of the wind and off the wet ground. Please help him, someone! Pat Gerhow 6628382529
