Lost for an Honest Meal, A Food Review on THIRD & SIXTH BISTRO BAR by Robin Stienberg A cooling evening during a short storm on the tropical Island of Singapore, while just passing through by at the Raffles Hotel, there stands by at 36 Seah Street, THIRD & SIXTH BISTRO BAR owned by Chef PIO is a translation I will not forget. Served with beautiful Nachos with secret wrap sauces with no define words to describe the taste - yes it was better then friendship, closer then my wife. I highly recommend that to paired with kidney beans that is mixed with minced beef along with secret spices, so well blended for an occasion with a good Japanese Beer. How do you translate Japanese with Nachos? My answer - you have to have it. The Main course is BURGER No. 36, it contains Cheddar, caramelized onions, bacon and extra double sunny up eggs. Let me strongly encourage you this, what happen is when I had the burger married to my indulgence, it exploded. Egg juices and the beef along with tomatoes fresh as it is were not forgiving to my fingers, its sauces actually lick my senses without hurry, and I was in love with it. According to Chef, that is exactly he wanted, the bread is made in portion along with the size of the beef patties so that the fingers have the intimate contact with the food experience, and that it allows to caress along with the explosion of juices spilling out overflowing to your fingers and then you realized how the burger and you are one. I must conclude - it is a very good hearty meal, a healthy one because he only uses fresh chilled meats daily as well as produce. But whats more important, it is Honest, the entire experience is truly Honest. If youre wondering along Raffles Hotel in your next trip, do drop by at THIRD & SIXTH BISTRO BAR down at 36 Seah Street, or RSVP at +65-6336-1248 The National Critics Choice review - 4 out of 5 Star.
