Lost my phone ..all the pictures and data while we miraculously made through flooded Anantnag and rising waters on Lidder river and Jhelum river. Got diverted into deeper villages of kashmir...saw many villages submerged along ...while somehow making it safely back to Srinagar....Srinagar is on alert for floods as well..48 more hours of rains... Midst all this also witnessed graciousness and generosity of our driver Afroz whose house is under water and lost all his belongings but his family is safe....so are we... While I keep a candle and extra blankets near my bed...I pray to god to make sure each and every person stays safe... Nature knows how to set your priorities right!!!!
