Lost out to the better player today. Nicol David was way too strong for me today, beating me 3-0. First game was close, but then she raised her level of play and I unfortunately could not keep up with her the next two games. Shes not world #1 and 7 time world open champion for nothing! Happy with my performance this week overall and to back up last week with another WSA world series semifinal. Will take the positives out of my match today to see what I need to improve on to get up to that top level. Sadly, this is the end of my tournaments for the summer as I head on a plane tonight and go straight up to Harvard on Monday to start my final year. Next tournament for me will be on home turf at the Carol Weymuller Open in Brooklyn Heights, NY starting Oct 1-6. THANK YOU everyone for all of the support and kind words these past two weeks. I truly enjoyed reading everyones comments and I feel so blessed to have so many fans around the world. Looking forward to the rest of this years season, for this is only the start of big things to come!!! Stay tuned! :)
