Again there was no recognition of it. Called their IT team and was confirmed that they had a GLOBAL issue with their system. I travelled to the bank to verify any transaction(s). In deed, both transaction cleared the bank within minutes of being made. Travelled back to Lowes to report the status and receive refund credit back as opposed to overpayment. Still having issues with receiving credit refund. I repeat BEWARE !
