Lots of food left over from Thanksgiving, today I thought of a way to use some of the left over corn bread dressing. I had some very thin slided chicken breast (special cuts I get from mexican meat market) I stuffed the chicken breast with the left over dressing and rolled them. I covered them with a giblet gravy and baked at 350 for about 45 minutes. I also cooked a big pot of collard greens and topped the meal off with a nice green salad.
