This from our friend and colleague Margaret Stock, Immigration Attorney extraordinaire, about the MAVNI program, which the Army reopened on Monday: There are some changes with this year’s program: 1) DACAs are eligible to enlist if they are US licensed health care professionals with certain specialties, or if they speak one of the strategic languages at the 2/2 level. 2) The Army is now recruiting Chaplains through MAVNI. 3) The health care specialty list does not include ordinary registered nurses, but does include the following: a.
