Lots of kids around the world are visiting and speaking with Santa Claus these days, but for six-year-old Sadie Adam from Westminster, Massachusetts, the experience is a little different. You see, she has been deaf for nearly her entire life. Well, police chief Salvatore Albert, who has been the official Santa Claus in Westminster for 15 years, wanted to find a way to communicate with the young girl, so with the help of her mother Ronelle Adam, he learned sign language for Sadie. When asked about the encounter, Ronelle said, “She literally stopped dead in her tracks, and she just stared at him. I knew she would be surprised.
