Lots of musicians supporting other musicians this weekend...I stopped out at the Betty Bleu show at Brunswick Zone in Romeoville with Rich Hoggren and Chris Moran from Last Envy, also in attendance was Angel Birr of Chasing Amy, Diane Mercurio and Chris Olstad of Hag, Princess Marianne of Chicks with Picks, Debra Sweet of Alter Ego and Bob Byerwalter of U4EU among others. Saturday night at the Under D Influence gig at Liquid Therapy in Joliet was Bill Volling and Paul Chamberlin of Chasing Amy, Henry Nicola of NoJo and Mike Metoyer of Forget Hannah. Even the bar owners/bookers were out for that one with Marty of Martys Place and Jon of Brunswick Zone out catching bands. Great to see everyone supporting each other!
