Lots of nostalgia these days. I lived in Austin Texas from 1993 to 1995 and played with a number of bands including one called Yeast. My old bandmates are all back in Austin again and are having a little get together. Without me! Hi Susannah Erler, Deann Atr-bc, and Ron Macrae. I miss you and I wish I could come over and hang with you all dear friends. In the meantime, the sugar beets did a little rehearsing with Alli Bach tonight for our benefit show this Saturday. She is a wonderful singer and wonderful lady and is helping us out again during Halie Lorens absence this Saturday. We have also been having fun planning songs for our 25th anniversary, Old songs to revive, or fun ones weve always wanted to do. I want Megan to do The first song she ever wrote: Danielfrom our second tape. Matt wants Haile to do come homeby our founding member John Shenon. Megan want Scotty Perey to do the hills of West Virginia also by John. David burham has always wanted to sing wasted on the way by Crosby stills and Nash. Ok! Never mind that we dont know what venue or what date will be doing our 25th anniversary at. Anyway, rehearsal turned into a big Crosby stills and Nash sing-along: helplessly hoping, Suite Judy blue eyes, teach your children, Southern Cross, helpless etc. Before I went home, Matt treated us all to a Mr. Rogers remix. Maybe you might feel a little nostalgic about it too
