Lots of people have asked to be updated about my MRI results so I figured the best way was just to tell people here. The MRI showed that 2 of my lower back discs have really badly degenerated, with one of the discs having prolapsed, and one of the nerves is also really compressed. The only treatment options are spinal injections and/or spinal surgery, the latter of which would made me unable to walk for 6 weeks, and neither may fix it completely. Ive not yet decided what I will do. At any rate, its not going to be a quick fix. Thank you for everyones supportive messages and hugs. And huge thanks to Jane Cowell for coming with me and holding my hand, I really needed it.
