Lots of protests by Peta at Ribfest this weekend here in Ottawa. I think their methods should include more information rather that just shock and awe. Perhaps showing some documentaries and having a ton of information readily available would help greatly. For those of you hoping to hit up ribfest, all good. Do your thing as its your freedom to of choice to do so. For me, I cant do it any more. Equality weighs heavy on my mind here. I feel personally that we were not given animals to consume continually in life. Not a practice I think we were meant to not evolve from. If it were, that is not God...and we need not worry. They are equal to us. Always will be. All beings and life are. That is my Heaven, my Valhalla, my Samsara, my eternal space. Please be informed on how these animals are treated in many, many factories both here in Canada and globally.
