Lots of stuff running through my head today... meaning of life, inevitability of death, transitions, the power of love and connections and what music does to our souls, our hearts, our minds. On that last note.. words from an old R&B song keep popping up between the pauses in my more serious thoughts. Problem is I can only remember a few words, cannot remember the title or the artist. Any body out there remember a song that went something like this.... Id run through the jungle fighting lions with a switch, cause you know I love you baby, if I dont love you baby eggs aint poultry, grits aint groceries and Mona Lisa was a man. OK Old folks out there, lemme hear from you.
