Lots of supporters have been asking about our new pens, unfortunately after the man having our deposit since the 2 April, we only 3 weeks ago got them delivered, after seeking legal advice. It has been an absolute nightmare to say the least and the units are not fit for purpose. He is not interested in coming to look at the mess his sub contractors have left as he lives in Lancashire which is too far!! Not all their fault as most of panels were wrong size and they were told to cut them! Even though He came to measure up! I have added some pics, the flooring is unlevel which means it bounces, the Altro flooring is bodged and not welded, the roof is not insulated and has a gap you could put your hand through at the top of each panel, 2 panels have been cut and ruined, front panel door opens into unit instead of out the list is endless :( Not having those pens has a knock on effect as the cats are indoors in my teenagers bedrooms, the outdoor cats which had their own accomodation cant go out as we have no cat proofing and I cant see this being resolved anytime soon:(
