While any president can constitutionally declare virtually anything as a clear and present danger to the country and act accordingly, I am quite curious as to the legal ramifications of doing so and all associated fallout. Any legal precedent, etc. I am sure lawsuits would abound from carriers who would lose millions from losing those hubs and routes. Interesting stuff.
