Lots of talk (again) about Planet Fitness and their stupid rules, and their reasoning FOR their rules. Generally, PF says their policies are in place to keep people from feeling uncomfortable, judged, or intimidated in the gym. The criteria for a customer being a source of discomfort or intimidation seems to be somewhat random...though lifting heavy weights and dropping them or grunting is high on the list of scary things. So I say all of that to ask you guys - what do YOU consider intimidating in a gym?
