Lou is so correct ... America is about to get very, very ugly. When a government being foundationally designed to ensure a separation of powers for the unambiguous and expressed check on the power of each branch goes fully and unconstitutionally lawless, ...it goes rogue. Thus, by default thereafter law itself become circumstantial and subject to whim and mitigation. All bet are therefore off and we succumb to the law of the jungle and force of will. Once our supreme laws are cast off, they select all those which hang below them, and set the stage for abject chaos and anarchy. This is executive scorched earth, and we will suffer the outfall in ways that can hardly be defined at this juncture.
