Louis Trichardt guest houses, Shiluvari Lakeside is a lodge surrounded by beautiful scenery in Louis Trichardt, located in the Limpopo Province. Ever since the main lodge opened, just before the 2010 FIFA World Cup, it has had a host of satisfied guests who all experienced the best of hospitality only afforded because of the generosity of the family that runs the lodge. Each room at the lodge is wonderfully decorated and each is decorated according to unique South African themes that reflect the Venda and Shangaan heritage that the lodge inherits. There are seven standard rooms, six thatched cottages and a family suite. All have en suite bathrooms, private entrances and patios overlooking the Albasini Peninsula and mountains. The family has an upper loft. There is a lot of legend and mystery surrounding the Levuba Valley and the valley is home to the shrines and sights that where once sacred to the Venda people. The hospitable and tranquil atmosphere of Shiluvari Lodge also keeps true to the intrigue that surrounds the area.
