Louise H., 92, is gracious woman who has always put her family first. Throughout her life, she exhibited countless personal sacrifices, whether it was working at the age of 13 to help with her family’s financial burdens or caring for her own husband in his last years of life. Residing in Perrysburg, Ohio, her Wish of a Lifetime was to reunite with her sister Vera in Salisbury, North Carolina. Due to Vera’s recent health complications, communication has become increasingly difficult for the two sisters. Thanks to Wish of a Lifetime and Brookdale Senior Living, the two sisters were able to reconnect and strengthen their bond on August 30, 2014. The trip allowed the entire family to reunite as well!
