Lounges and baby/toddler crunches are the best work out! This is just some things I do during the day to get moving with my class and sneak a work out in. Will search for more tomorrow, I keep falling asleep. ..Last year at this time I was 185 lbs, pushing 187. Now I am down to 160 lbs (25 lbs!)and kept it off through T-day! I would be happy if I could loose 10 more. But I am feeling healthier and so blessed to be were I am at now!
