The dozen studio-style apartments here all comprise a twin bedroom opening onto a terrace or balcony (all bar one with sea views – see below); a small separate kitchen with fridge, microwave, grill and cooking rings; and a tiled shower room. Some have a sofa-bed for a child in the kitchen area, and all apartments have air-conditioning and safety deposit boxes available at a local charge. Furnishings and décor are neat and simple in the typical Greek fashion. The apartments are built on rising ground and most are accessed by internal stairs from the upper level at the rear of the building so this may make them unsuited to those with mobility difficulties. But there are a couple of studios without steps (nos. 201 and 206) and two more (nos. 101 and 102) have balcony access directly to the garden, although their front doors are only accessed by stairs. The beautiful infinity pool to the front is freshwater and measures 13m x 6m (depth 0.95m-1.70m) – cross the small beach road and you are directly on the sand. A handy restaurant is but a minute’s walk, and a reasonable choice of others can be found within a few minutes’ walk in either direction. A super location in this laid-back little spot, with everything you come on holiday for virtually on your doorstep, and we think exceptional value. Optional local charges: Air conditioning 35 euros per week. Safety deposit box 10 euros per week. Type B studio reduction: We offer a reduction of -£50 per studio per week on two studios. The ground floor studio nearest the pool (103) which has restricted views and one of the garden balcony access studios (101) which has a slight loss of privacy as its balcony is close to the garden path.
