Love Fruit Juices but afraid of Too Much Sugar? We have an Answer for you! The best way to mitigate the influx of too much natural fruit juice sugars going into the blood stream too quickly is to add OILS. But why add oil when you can get the best benefits from combining your fresh fruit juices with FRESH Nut and/or Seed Juices? Now you are getting your Oils the freshest way possible. Oils will always turn rancid when exposed to air and when not properly stored in dark glass jars. Sometimes oils can be sitting for years before you get them into your home. This is WHY making fresh nut and seed milks is so vital, not withstanding the invaluable benefits of the accompanying enzymes that make these juices high absorbable and digestible. Several impressive studies are showing wonderful results when we combine the nut and/or seed milks with freshly made fruit juices. We recommend 50% nut and/or seed juices to 50% fruit juices. Heres a recipe: APPLE-ALMOND Delight 1 cup (soaked overnight and rinsed with clear water) Almonds 2 Apples (best tasting are Golden Delicious) 1/2 cup to 1 cup Purified Water 1/2 inch fresh Ginger Root 1/2 inch Cinnamon Bark (Alternate your fruits and nuts to extract the best results) NOTE: You can ALSO blend this TONIC! Just add 1 to 2 cups of water to the 1 cup of soaked almonds and the ginger, and 2 apples, and blend slowly. When the fiber is included this also slows down the negative ramifications of the rapid sugar hits. How MUCH it Makes: This makes approximately 1/2 quart, and we recommend consuming no more than 10 ounces at a time if you are Diabetic (only type 2). For type 1 diabetics, please consult your doctor first. They recommend not more than 4 ounces of fruit juices daily. When combined with nut or seed milks can help you extend this but please check.
