Love Me More 30-Day Challenge Rules of the challenge: (Your registration into the challenge is your Shakeology or Challenge Pack purchase). Remember, you have to order it in time to have it for February 3rd, so get those orders in ASAP! 1. Follow the diet plan outlined in the book, Shred Revolutionary Diet by Dr. Ian Smith. 2. Replace one meal a day with Shakeology 3. Exercise 5-6 days per week for 45 minutes to an hour. If you’re doing a program like T25 or P90X 3, your exercise will be for 30 minutes a day. 4. There will be a week (around week 3) that the Shred Revolutionary Diet will have you drinking smoothies all day. It is important that you strictly follow his guidelines. 5. Earn points by doing the following (listed below). Points: Weekly Weight Check-In: 20 points (You must take a pic of your weight while standing on the scale). Weigh-Ins will be done on Sunday mornings. Post the pic in our group page. This is a judgment free zone! Daily Sweat Pic: 10 points. You must take a sweat pic immediately after your exercise and post it in our group (you can earn up to 70 points) Daily Shakeology Pic: 5 points per day (you can earn up to 35 points a week) Exercise Video: 15 points (take a 5 minute video of you during your workout and post it to our page) you can earn up to 105 points a week. Daily Calorie Count: 20 points, write down all of the calories you consume each day (using a food journal or the MyFitnessPal app) and post your daily totals on our page). Meal Pics: 20 points. Take a pic of all of your meals and post it at the end of the day. To receive the full 20 points you should post pictures of all the meals you consumed that day; breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Daily thoughts: 10 points, discuss your triumphs, struggles or challenges related to exercise or nutrition. We are your support team, use us! You all have the opportunity to earn 100 points per day. I know it won’t always be possible, but strive for it. I designed them so that we can have true accountability throughout this challenge. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded based on the person who receives the most weekly points and a grand prize will be given for the person that has the most points overall. I will also give a prize for the person with the most weight loss.
