Love Sprint - NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my replacement phone that I have had for a few weeks does not work unless it is plugged into a constant power source and even then sometimes it shuts off. I went to the store yesterday as customer service hung up on me several times - only to be told that they have to order me a replacement ( which hopefully will work for more than a month) and will call me when it comes in. So for now I only have my cell when I am home and its plugged in. I am not sitting home all day so I will be out and about completely alone LOL #sprintsucks #sprintcustomerservicebites #refurbphonesbite
