Love; There seems to always be a point when you realize that the love you believed to be so special could have and has been just any body. So you are not special in any way shape or form. With this new understanding the only choice to be made at that point is do you believe you are enough. Knowing that your place in someones life is optional and has never been anything more than a replacement is a very sobering knowledge to have. It can also be as destructive as it is empowering. So you also must have a very deep love for yourself, not a superficial image support but a clear idea of the choice that love is. People tend to forget that love is a very distinct choice that takes actions like commitment, trust, faith and devotion in order for the smallest fruits of it to be born. Even then, Love is a gift so going into it expecting something in return is not love nor even a gift. That is a transaction and in that event you will only receive what you paid for. In short my FB family, the many transaction that have been made and paid for with my love have left me very aware and enlightened. The cost has been my creative eye and poetic heart. Fair trade?
