Love comes down any way it wants to Doesnt ask for your permission Open up your arms or it will break you in two Another thing going on with me lately is an overwhelming feeling of anxiety and sadness. I think Im in a transformative phase, a metamorphosis. Obviously, Im moving across the country again and thats scary enough, though I didnt feel that way when moving to Idaho. It was a little scary, but wasnt debilitating. As with all challenges that come my way, Im working through it and Ill come out better on the other side. In the meantime, Im vulnerable and I respect that. One thing that helps me move energy is to listen to raw, guttural type music that breaks though the shield around my heart. I dont have a hand drum, but I imagine playing one, and that helps also. For now, listening to songs like this and belting it out in the car is doing the trick.
