Love craft beer an/or checking out the latest microbrewery? CMU is in the process of creating a certificate program in fermentation science! Both Hunters Ale House and Mountain Town Brewing Co. have teamed up as integral parts of this new program, which is expecting its first enrollment class for fall 2015. Students will learn microbiology, chemistry, and biochemistry pieces of brewing beer as well as completing an internship. This certificate program is the first in Michigan and 6th in nation!
