Love going to the gym everyday. Today I decided to borrow some programming from @sherwood215. Changed it up a little bit, but essentially it was the same. Every 2 minutes perform a set of front squats (no rack). The rep scheme was as follow 7,6,5,4,3,3,3. Total of 7 sets. Then I performed a little gasser | 30KB swings (53lbs) | 30 box jumps (24inch) | 3 rounds | My time was 6:58. Much harder then I thought it was going to be. A very deceiving workout. #CrossFit #RossFit #Fitness
