Love is patient (I have very little patience) Love is kind (I try, but often fail) Love does not envy (I constantly want what others have) Love does not boast (I usually want others to notice my actions) Love is not proud (I often make decisions only to better myself) Love does not dishonor others (I gossip and I slander) Love is not self-seeking (I live selfishly every day) Love is not easily angered (I become filled with frustration quickly) Love keeps no record of wrongs (I often cannot let go of how others have hurt me) Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth (I often find it hard to find the truth) Love always protects (Im not always there for others) Love always trusts (I rarely trust anyone) Love always hopes (I lose hope when times get hard) Love always perseveres (I give up when situations get rough) I am not perfect. But there is a love that is. I will let that be enough and strive to live it out, one step at a time.
