Love more, not less. Communicate more openly, not less. Be courageous enough to be vulnerable enough to be honest enough to be open enough to be able to see clearly and love strongly. Find ways to be better than you were yesterday. Judge no one. Love in all directions and most importantly towards yourself. All fear, all divisiveness, all judgement, all unkindness - separates you from you and separates you from others. Seek the sameness between self and other and start from there. Love, love, love. Yourself, then all others. Always. All ways. It takes honesty, vulnerability and a load of courage to accept yourself and all others as they are. But what else is there to do?
