Love my Job. As many f you know I work on the East coast f the United States. PA. OH. NY. WV. My job is to consult companies on safety flaws the companies might have and have all rules and regulations to par with OSHA in case theres an audit. Gladly I have been very successful in meeting OSHA standards. Last week I was on an Oil Field location and while i was doing my Inspection I noticed a guy (a third party employee) not wearing safety glasses. So I approach him and ask him about his safety glasses. He then tells me that he didnt know he had to wear them all the time. I talked to him about the hazards of not wearing them and not to mention we have had two deaths on this location and both f them could have been prevented. He complied with an attitude but never the less he complied. After his end f the shift while he was driving out. He screams at me saying F*** Y** Fuc**** Mexican. He was released to go to another location thinking he was not gonna come back. Turns out he was not needed on the other location and send him back to mine again. Instead f making a report i rather approach him directly. So I ask him about his comments and said he was just upset that he doesnt like fr a Mexican to tell him what to do. Keep in mind that im in charge f d safety of over 100 employees daily. And im d only Mexican. (Lol). I just told the guy As Mexican as I am I more educated than you and and still dont give a f***. I also told him everytime your come to my location im gonna be on your a** so I suggest you come prepared. He barked on the wrong tree. Racism to the Max....SMH.
