Love my current day nurse. She has been more relaxed. I took my first steps without a walker today. It was only like a half-dozen steps, and my left leg drags as if I had suffered a stroke (I didnt...), but it was progress. Food has been okay. Its actually nice to have portion controls. Any meal I dont like the offerings , I can have a 6 oz petite Filet Mignon. Heck. I dont get steak at home. Last night I splurged and combined low sugar vanilla ice cream with diet coke. A diet coke float. Yum. Now I wish I could take a shower instead of a sponge bath... One day closer to home.
