Love my job. I have a Shetland here that came in to have education under saddle. she now has shoulder control, disengagement of the hindquarters, flexion, stops and transitions through my seat, has the softest halt and back up, and is starting to take up contact through the bridle. Who would have thought all that was in a Shetland!!! Then I have a pony that came to me a couple of weeks ago, who had very good ground work skills but was a mess to ride, no bend in his body and ran with his head in the air. His groundwork is now amazing, and he is becoming supple through his body,no longer worries about being ridden and happily goes around with his head low and holds his rhythm and slows off my seat. Very proud how far he has come. And a QH x who was pushy and rude on the ground and would worry when being saddled. He is now such a gentleman and a sook!! His body has bend and he moves with rhythm and low and behold he has forward which has eliminated so many of his concerns. Very excited about all my clients horses/ponies atm, sad thing is they are all nearly ready to leave me. I will miss them all, such a great variety, but there are more on the way and I look forward to helping them and their owners along their journey
