Love never ends... I will hear much well-intentioned advice to let go and move on, but I hope all will acknowledge that the human heart cannot be rushed. To pretend to move while my heart is still there will leave me stuck in neutral or even reverse. I need to mourn. I seek not good riddance. I seek shoulders and shared tears. I was given a diamond from my rib and I lost my precious jewel from my God. To utter profane profundities such as, Easy come, easy go are not sought this day. Nor is youll find better not even today is sought God has another plan for you. A mourner needs to at least get through the memorial service, and even then mourning can last days or years depending on the grief. I ask to mourn at my own pace, I am NOT ready for Gods next plan; I fully believe God gets this. Will you mourn with me?
