Friend or Follow Me for more: Lexie Morson. ★ ★ ★ Sissys Cheese Potatoes ★ ★ ★ To SAVE this , be sure to click SHARE so it will store on your personal page .:。✿*゚‘゚・✿.。. *.:。✿*゚’゚・✿.。. *.:。✿*.:。✿*゚‘゚・✿.。. *.:。✿*゚’゚・✿.。. *.:。✿* Ingredients: medium size potatoes, 1 per person onions salami cheese slices or grated 1 red pepper/capsicum 1/2 cucumber 100 ml (3-4 oz) milk olive oil side salad: iceberg lettuce sliced carrots sliced red cabbage sliced cucumber olives olive oil baguette, sliced and sprinkeld with olive oil, toasted spices: salt pepper paprika powder Directions: 1. Preheat over 220 ºC / 425°F. 2. Peel potatoes, if the skin is too tough, otherwise just scrub and rinse them. 3. Cut potatoes into thin slices, but NOT all the way through. (Place a handle of a spoon or table knife along-side the potato to prevent the knife from slicing all the way.) 4. Put Potatoes in a baking dish; slightly fan out the slices, fill the slices in turns with onions, salami and peppers. 5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and drizzle with olive oil. 6. Put left over onions, salami and paprika around the potatoes sprinkle with herbs and pour the milk all over the potatoes and veggies. 7. Bake potatoes (220º C / 425º F) for about 30 minutes. 8. Remove from oven. 9. Cover or Sprinkle with cheeses. 10. Bake potatoes for another 20 to 30 minutes until lightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside. 11. Check for doneness with a fork or skewer. 12.
