First off: fantastic read for anyone that enjoys the zombie genre! Evans spends a great deal in character development, so you really feel a connection with the players in the story. You feel deeply for every twist & turn they are subjected to. Once the inevitable *#%@ hits the fan, the story moves at a great pace. I find the direction Evans has taken with the story from the point of view of adolescents is a fresh change. Im overjoyed that this is just the first installment in the series which is bound to delight, terrorize, & capture your imagination!
