And what does that look like over time, within the year in which they are a QTEL cohort. Were studying the ways that ResponsiveDesigns 3 Durable Practices take hold, and evolve as innovating tools, as Inquiring Into My Practice (IIMPs) and ThinkingParnters become commonplace for what constitutes being effective teachers.
