Love the open road? Ready to get out and meet people? Help out as a Donation Pick-Up Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity ReStore. As a Donation Pick-Up Assistant, you will ride with our ReStore driver in our pick up truck and help navigate and load donations directly from donors homes and businesses. Habitat for Humanity builds affordable ownership homes in partnership with working families, helping them achieve stability and hope for a better life. ReStore is a retail store that funds Habitat builds by selling donated home improvement items to the public. Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Must be at least 18 years of age Able to work well with a partner Able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis Commitment: Volunteers are welcome as little or as often as they like. Pick ups are bi-weekly.
