Love these guys - United Arab Emirates and Qatar Airways.They truly have earned the number 1 and 2 spots. Their coach class in comparison is far above USAs FirstClass - just saying. Far above USAs FirstClass. One way from Chicago was 13 hours and even though Id didnt pay for the ticket, I was the one that had to experience the flight. From Dubai to the USA I flew Delta I think we have lost customer service, being respectful, communication, the true essence of serving. We tend to be reactive and not proactive as a society which I wonder if it helps us or hurts us more. I felt valued, respected and above all pampered on the lowest class. Even with that my basic needs were met on a 13 hour flight like a gift of a cute bag with above all toothpaste and brush with other things like a warm quilt Delta there was no mints, toothbrush or even a cute bag and hardly any service. I have had more on a 3 hour flight. Night and day difference on the planes. interiors alone. I was not happy when I woke up to find myself over Baghdad and Tehran, at this point you have to ride it out. Lessons learned, airlines dont tell you what your flight path is, you have to do your own homework.
