Love these new attorneys! They keep finding more and more damage that had been done, like no expert witness ever being entered. And ours would blow theirs out of the water. And talk about wild comparisons. Theirs is a guy called Rose, just like in my play The Worthmores! Please send good energy that the firm can get Eric Michael Leventhal entered in despite the yet another move that our new firm suggested our legs were cut from under us. We are working so hard on Summary Judgement deadlines that should never have been enabled by former council when we should have been finishing just discovery. And what a circus trying to just pick up the rest of our files today when the old firm were told to be prepared to hand them over by our new firm by noon. At around 12:45 PM after they said they did not know, until we found out Becca had talked with the same party within the hour, and telling us they couldnt, then go to lunch and come back, and as we remain we hear the copy machine going furiously, and when I look our files are open all over the floor and they are going through them trying to make copies of them and pulling things out I get insulted for asking for our materials then as there as paranoid. SO glad to be getting away from that law firm! Love this new one and am so grateful for them! What a mess they have to deal with that has been made of our case. What damage done. But the new firm has done more for us in two days then the former one had done for us in four years.
