Love this! And it helps us understand why farmers might use GMOs even if they dont want to. Though I wish someone would talk with him about his options. Perhaps we can get him off the GMO/toxic treadmill. Does he really have to use pre-emergence herbicide if not using GMOs? Organic farmers dont. Is he using Roundup anyway? And, while it might be more convenient for him to use GMOs, is he sure its more economical? I understood GMO seeds to be expensive, and especially since you cant save the seeds, so have to buy them new every year. Plus if he grew organic that could pay him more.
