Love this article by Dr. John Berardi about being a good nutrition coach/consultant. I emphasize this with all my students all the time to not allow what they personally do blind them from seeing what their client needs to do. You leave your personal nutrition habits at the door when a client walks into your space and you focus 100% on them and truly listen where theyre at, what they need, and which areas need the most inspiration, motivation and clean up. There is no one-diet-fits-all. Keep your head up, your ears open and your mind curious and researching, always :)
